Our guarantee basics are listed below but they are not written in stone. We are very reasonable and aim to make you more than pleased with our service.
Standard Guarantee
Nationwide 24 months/24,000 miles warranty on parts and labor. Ask us for details*
Tires
Manufacturer’s warranty on all passenger & light truck tires. Free replacement during first year and a pro-rated warranty for the remainder of the manufacturer’s stated life. Please ask for details*.
Batteries
Up to 3 years of free replacement which includes a pro-rated warranty for the remainder of the advertised months. Roadside assistance is available. Please ask for details*.
Exclusions
We will not guarantee repairs in cases where the customer requests work that is below our recommended repair procedure or parts quality standards.
Repair work that incorporates substandard or used parts at the owner's request will not be guaranteed. The labor involved to replace these special request parts will not be provided if the repair or the parts fail.
Any special case repairs/work/parts and their lack of guarantee will be clearly explained and noted in writing before the work is started.
Vehicle abuse or neglect will void guarantee/warranty.

National Service Warranty
We promise the service work we perform on your vehicle will be done right. Our Nationwide Service Warranty covers parts and labor for the following services, for 24 months or 24,000 miles, all honored at over 50,000 service centers across the continent. Services Included:
- Brake system, including ABS
- Steering/suspension system
- Wheel bearings, CV joints/U-joints and driveshafts
- Exhaust system
- Ignition system, including modules and sensors
- Fuel system
- Electrical system, including the starting and charging systems
- Air conditioning, heating and climate control systems
- Alignments and wheel balance (6 months or 6,000 miles)
